This policy explains what information CaricatureBuilder collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.
The photo you provide is used solely to generate your caricature. The generated caricature is stored so it can be delivered to you if you purchase it. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to identify you or for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment and may collect your email address for the transaction and receipt.
We use OpenAI to generate caricature images, Stripe to process payments, Amazon Web Services to store images, and Cloudflare for delivery and security. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.
We use browser local storage to remember your session and enforce usage limits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
You may request deletion of your data by emailing us. We will remove your stored caricature and associated records where reasonable and permitted.
