Welcome to CaricatureBuilder. By using this website and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

CaricatureBuilder uses artificial intelligence to generate a caricature image from a photo you provide. Your first caricature is offered free as a watermarked preview. Removing the watermark and downloading the high-resolution version is a one-time paid purchase.

Your photo and content

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
• You must not upload photos of other people without their permission, or any content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• You are responsible for the images you submit.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. A completed purchase unlocks the high-resolution, watermark-free download of the caricature you previewed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, overload the system, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access for misuse.

AI-generated results

Caricatures are created by AI and are stylized, exaggerated interpretations. Results vary and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific likeness or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaricatureBuilder is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
